2. Is the PostScript option installed on the Print Controller? *

3. What is the desired driver type, PCL, PostScript, GDI, or TWAIN?

4. What is the model number of the main engine or printer?

5. What is the model number of the Print Controller? *

6. What Operating System is the driver being installed on?
